We do accept returns, but over the past ten years of selling wedding rings online and in our store, our return rate is less than one percent.
Return Options
Assuring that you have an excellent experience from start to finish is, for us, a matter of personal integrity. Except for 'custom" rings options described below, our rings may be returned within 30 days, provided that the ring and packaging are in original condition. If you return a ring, you have two options.
We will refund you your money, less a 15% restocking fee. We charge a restocking fee because each ring is custom made. The restocking fee does not apply to a diamond center stone in the case of an engagement ring.
If you wish to avoid the restocking fee, you can also choose to receive 100% store credit, good for the purchase of anything on www.artisanweddingrings.com, www.celticjewelry.com, or www.carouselbeads.com. With this option, you are allowed only one exchange and it is non-returnable.
In returning a ring, please package it carefully and insure the shipment for the price of the item, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Please note that once a ring order is placed, it is in production and subject to our return policy.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued via check issued within ten business days of receipt of the returned item. We do not refund shipping charges.
Custom and Non-returnable items
Rose gold rings, engraved rings, and rings smaller than size 5 and larger than size 12 are not returnable.
Items that are chosen in exchange for a returned item cannot be returned.
Certain orders that we designate in advance as "custom" are not returnable. These orders can only be placed by phone. In this case, make certain that there is a prior understanding before we begin production.
Modifications and Resizing
If for some reason the ring is not exactly how you want, we will make corrections, either at no expense or our cost, depending on the nature of the given situation.
